Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

Feathers Boutique Pty LTD (ABN 54 005 000 019) (Feathers) runs a loyalty program (Feathers Loyalty Program) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

By joining the Feathers Loyalty Program you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any variations to them.

- It is a requirement that your Email Address be provided
As a member of the Feathers Loyalty Program you will be offered benefits, discounts and offers not shared with the general public. Theses will be communicated to you via email. Please ensure your email address is up to date.
 
- It is a requirement that your mobile phone number be provided
As your Mobile Phone number is used as your Loyalty Number, it is a requirement of being a member of the Feathers Loyalty Program that your active mobile be used to authenticate the Feathers Digital Loyalty Card in your Smartphones Digital Wallet of choice. Please notify us of any change to your mobile number.

- Loyalty Card Members must present their loyalty card at the commencement of each sale.
Management or staff members will not be able to search for your details and discounts/offers cannot be awarded after the sale is cashed through the register.

- By submitting your details and ADDING the Digital Loyalty Card to your Digital Wallet, the recipient of the loyalty card agrees and acknowledges they may occasionally receive promotional material such as special offers, Member Benefits or important messages from Feathers Loyalty Program, Feathers Online or Feathers Boutiques.

- Loyalty Discount, where applicable, is not available on Sale, Discount, Samples, Clearance items, Accessories, Alterations or Shipping/Freight.

PRIVACY POLICY

By signing-up to the Feathers Loyalty Program, you consent to:-
Receiving communications from Feathers regarding Feathers latest products, offers and competitions;
Receiving communications from Feathers about third party products, discounts and offers which Feathers believes may be of interest to you.
Feathers collecting personal information about you for the purpose of your participation to the Feathers Loyalty Program;

Feathers will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security and privacy of all your personal information and data collected from and about you. 

You consent to Feathers using and sharing your personal information with a service provider or agent retained by Feathers for the purposes of conducting market research, data warehousing, data analysis and advertising in the commercial interest of Feathers and for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the Feathers Loyalty Program.

Feathers will not otherwise disclose or permit the use of any of your personal information unless required by law.

You may access and update your personal information at any time by visiting the Feathers Account section of the Feathers website at www.feathers.com.au/users/history and logging into your Account Management page; or by emailing Feathers Customer Service at loyalty@feathers.com.au or by calling Feathers Customer Service on 1800 800 670 Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30
